In 2013 the Ministry of Justice Collections transformation project was awarded the IPANZ Public Sector Excellence Award for best business transformation in Government. 2transform (subcontracting via Gen-i) was responsible for the business architecture, the integrated business and technology design, the development and modelling of the business logic for automated work prioritisation and distribution, and the oversight of the technology implementation to ensure it delivered the intended business design and outcomes.
